Rooted in the heritage of Salumeria Biellese, established in 1925, we apply generations of traditional Italian salumi-making techniques to carefully selected halal beef, lamb, and chicken.
For years, Fouad Alsharif, together with Marc Buzzio, worked to preserve the depth, aroma, texture, and character of classic salumi while creating something entirely new.

Biella Halal, a division of Salumeria Biellese, aims to satisfy all of our customers by adding a Northern Italian twist to traditional halal meats. As descendants of the province of Biella, in the region of Piedmont, Italy, we bring you the finest salami and sausages. All of our products are 100% handmade, focusing on flavor and quality that you won’t be able to get enough of! Our rich history in the salami and sausage industry of over 98 years has made this transition simple, but delicious!
